Additionally, EC has provided a number of business solutions, which has improved Noritz business logic and optimized the work of customer support department. One of many features is member based installer community site, which was developed to enable Noritz certified installers to automate many processes, such as installer rating / points statistics for rebates, handling incoming Noritz.com quotes, gathering latest information and downloading marketing materials.
